The Annual “Host the Cadets” Reception and Luncheon for Officer Cadets of the Royal Military Colleges of Canada, military college aspirants, Ex-Cadets and their guests will be held on Wednesday, 27 December 2017 at 11:30 AM at The Union Club of British Columbia, 805 Gordon St, Victoria, BC V8W 1Z6>.

This event, hosted by the Vancouver Island Ex-Cadet Club, President 8391 LCol Larry F. Cade, CD, Ret’d, and members, is an opportunity for ex-cadets to share Yuletide cheer and to:

  • meet Cadets who are studying at the colleges
  • host Military College Aspirants
  • meet the parents and guests of cadets and candidates

SCHEDULE:
The event will commence at 1130 with a “Meet and Greet” followed by the Luncheon Buffet at 1230.

Refreshments: No Host Bar.

TARIFF/ PRICE/ COST/ FEE:

  • RMC Cadets
    and one family member or guest – free (must RSVP)
  • Invited Military College Aspirants
    and one family member or guest – free
    (must have file open with recruiting centre and RSVP)
  • Ex Cadets and all others
    $40/person (tax and gratuity included, must RSVP).

Notes regarding cheques:
A. Make cheque payable to: Vancouver Island Ex-Cadet Club;
B. Your cheque must be received by the Treasurer prior to the event or you will be required to pay at the door.

  • Ex-Cadets: blazer and name tag (preferred)

PARKING:
Access for those with mobility challenges will be available upon request from the small Union Club parking lot on the north side of Burdett Avenue.
